Data retention in accordance with the LSSI: Limpitapiz informs you that, as a data hosting service provider and pursuant to Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains, for a maximum period of 12 months, the information essential to identify the origin of the hosted data and the moment the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public safety, being made available to the judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.
The communication of data to the State Forces and Corps will be done in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the protection of personal data.

For users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Limpitapiz is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted by the client.
In any case, after verifying their identity, users may request that they no longer receive commercial information through the Customer Service channels.

1. USE OF NAME, ALIAS, TEXTS, PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS. That, LIMPITAPIZ clients accept the use of their name and the production of images and/or videos during the work carried out, for purely commercial and advertising purposes, where the work of LIMPITAPIZ will be demonstrated, without making exclusive use of the client and/or company, all unless the express refusal to the specific use is specified. 

That, the power of publication, will be carried out through social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and/or X (formerly Twitter), and other websites of LIMPITAPIZ (collectively, the "Platforms").

2. COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS. LIMPITAPIZ acknowledges and accepts that, when publishing Content on the Platforms, it must fully comply with the terms and conditions of said Platforms.
